Chaque artiste demeure libre de ses choix, de ses méthodes de création et de son expression artistique, dans le respect des engagements applicables.
Encourager la transparence.
L’utilisation significative de l’intelligence artificielle générative dans une création destinée à être diffusée ou promue par NovaSphere doit pouvoir être identifiée et communiquée clairement.
Protéger l’authenticité des créations.
NovaSphere encourage la traçabilité des œuvres, le respect des crédits artistiques et la conservation des éléments permettant de documenter les contributions humaines.
Refuser les pratiques trompeuses.
L’usurpation d’identité, le clonage vocal non autorisé, les fausses collaborations, les crédits mensongers et les manipulations artificielles d’audience sont incompatibles avec nos principes.
Garantir un consentement spécifique.
La présence ou la collaboration d’un artiste au sein de NovaSphere Records WORLDWIDE ne constitue jamais, à elle seule, une autorisation générale d’exploiter ses œuvres, sa voix ou son identité par un système d’intelligence artificielle.

In response to these developments, NovaSphere Records WORLDWIDE affirms a fundamental conviction: technological progress must empower artists, never replace their identity, freedom or rights.
Our mission is not to oppose innovation. It is to encourage the responsible, transparent and respectful use of emerging technologies.

Respecting artists’ identities and creative works.
Any use of an artist’s work, voice, image or artistic identity must respect the relevant rights and required authorisations.
Preserving creative freedom.
Every artist remains free to make their own creative choices, develop their methods and express their artistic vision, while respecting applicable commitments.
Encouraging transparency.
Significant use of generative artificial intelligence in creative work intended for publication or promotion through NovaSphere should be clearly identified and disclosed.
Protecting artistic authenticity.
NovaSphere encourages the traceability of creative works, accurate artistic credits and the preservation of materials documenting human contributions.
Rejecting deceptive practices.
Identity impersonation, unauthorised voice cloning, fabricated collaborations, misleading credits and artificial audience manipulation are incompatible with our principles.
Ensuring specific consent.
An artist’s membership or collaboration with NovaSphere Records WORLDWIDE never, in itself, constitutes blanket permission to exploit their works, voice or identity through an artificial intelligence system.
